We have a deep understanding of the mineral ownership progression in families. Transaction experiences of more than 40 years allow us to resolve generational title matters so acquisitions proceed smoothly.

We take pride in providing transparent communications on all transactions. Selling can be stressful for many reasons, that is why it is key to proceed at your pace.

We know families have multiple considerations related to selling mineral interests since we are a small family office. If the timing is not right, then we invite you to contact us if that ever changes. We have been here for over 40 years and will be here for many more years.

Phone Call and Letters?

If you have been a mineral owner for very long, then you have become all too familiar with the letters and phone calls from people wanting you to sell your minerals. They will tout their years of experience, vast amounts of capital, and their ability to close fast. They push hard, ask for information, and are slow to follow-up.

Just like you, we also get those same offer letters and calls. Our practice is to know your property, your title and as much information as possible before we ever contact you.
